RAS Reporter

RAS Reporter provides the means for managers to measure the performance and compliance of any given business operation, even if they are completely remote from the department concerned and have no knowledge of the processes involved. RAS Reporter provides "dashboard" style reports of all RAS Monitor solutions, highlighting compliance issues and enabling the senior manager to intervene and take the actions necessary to minimise or eliminate the consequences. Invisible to departmental managers, RAS Reporter prevents less committed staff from "covering up" issues that might otherwise compromise their positions if known to the senior management.

It is common that, in large organisations, the most senior management has the most liability when things go wrong and the most authority to intervene to prevent things from going wrong. Having said this, the most senior management rarely have the most time or understanding to accurately monitor the often complex operations of a department or enterprise. RAS Reporter provides a bespoke reporting capability that automatically interprets the results of RAS Monitor, notifies selected personnel of the outcome and generates a departmental "dashboard" so that senior managers can immediately view what is happening in each department and across the enterprise as a whole.	The objective of RAS Reporter Solutions is to provide immediate information to senior managers to enable them to proactively act to initiate investigations or effect emergency measures where required.

Simplicity
RAS Monitor solutions do not require users to have any IT expertise or a working knowledge of the operations of the departments being monitored. RAS Monitor will immediately notify the user that the data being monitored is not consistent with the process being monitored, identifying specific anomalies in specific records to speed the process of investigation.	Armed with this information senior managers can take immediate action where required, armed with a detailed knowledge of the affected records and the likely cause of the issue.

Invisibility
RAS Reporter and RAS Monitor Audits, are commonly conducted without the knowledge of the staff of the departments being monitored. This is key where there is a risk of internal fraud or malicious activity. Furthermore, as RAS Reporter reports on actual activity, and are updated to all levels at the same time, the opportunity for departmental managers to "hide" errors is completely removed.

Effective SLA's
RAS Reporter provides an ideal solution for the executive concerned about the performance of any departmental operation that has been outsourced. If the outsource service involves the use of computer records, RAS Monitor audits can be performed and RAS Reporter can immediately notify the executive of the integrity of the service being provided.

Where ever there is a risk of attempted fraud, from either external or internal sources, RAS Reporter and Monitor solutions can be used to gather the necessary evidence to detect, prevent and prosecute in a time fashion.
